Snows Group Premier Division

arturWaterside B move into the top position over Soton West D following a 10-0 victory over 7th place Soton West B. Soton West A move up to 2nd place after a 10-0 victory over former division leader Alpha A who slip into 8th place. Waterside A move up to 3rd place after a 10-0 victory over 6th place Soton West C (Player of the Match Phil Daish-Handy won 1 for Waterside A). Generation II move up to 4th place after a 7-3 victory over 5th place Soton West D (Player of the Match Letitia McMullan and Jimmy Yeung won all 3 for Generation II).

Bad show on Soton West, 5 players signed for the team only I turned up.

 

Snows Group Division 1

Waterside E move up to 2nd place after a 9-1 victory over former division leader Soton West F who slip into 9th place (Player of the Match Tim Gray and Leyon Joseph won all 3 for Waterside E). Hedge End A move up to 3rd place after an 8-2 victory over 8th place Alpha B (Player of the Match Robin Plunkett and John Taylor won all 3 for Hedge End A). Four Ts A move up to 5th place after a 6-4 victory over 6th place Waterside G (Player of the Match Diarry Khdir won all 3 for Four Ts A). 4th place Waterside F beat 7th place Soton West E 6-4 (Player of the Match Jon Quinn won all 3 for Waterside F).


Snows Group Division 2

Soton West G take the early lead at the top of the division to 3 points after a 10-0 victory over 11th place Four Ts C. Waterside L vs St. Deny’s A
Waterside L suffer a convincing defeat on their Division 2 debut games against well experienced St. Denys A team. Awkward is the name of the game, each player has their own unique moves that you seldom see in the normal table tennis games.

Snows Group Division 3

P.W.O. move into the top position over Waterside O following a 9-1 victory over former division leader Soton West L who slip into 6th place (Player of the Match Piotr Pawlowski and Mariusz won all 3 for P.W.O.). Waterside P move up to 2nd place after a 7-3 victory over 5th place Soton West K (Player of the Match Tony Fern won all 3 for Waterside P). Waterside N move up to 3rd place after a 6-4 victory over 4th place Wimpey (Player of the Match April Cox won all 3 for Waterside N).

Waterside N debutant April Cox made a great start in scoring a maximum in the singles and partnered Bob Davies to secure a 6-4 start to the season. Alex Turnbull took April very close in a closely fought 5 setter.

Soton West M move up to 4th place after a 6-4 victory over 5th place Waterside R (Player of the Match Mateussz Szewc won all 3 for Waterside R). 2nd place Waterside Q beat 7th place Waterside S 7-3 (Player of the Match Henry Moody won all 3 for Waterside Q). 3rd place Four Ts D beat 6th place New Community C 6-4 (Player of the Match Gary Green won all 3 for Four Ts D).
