We have a very busy weekend coming up and would be grateful for your help.
Thursday 27th Nov evening setting up 16 table format from 9.00 pm
Friday 28th Nov Hampshire Schools Team Finals morning and afternoon
Morning 9.30 – 12.30 – help especially needed with umpiring the Primary Schools competition
Afternoon 1.00 – 5.00 120 COMPETITIORS! general organising & busy with refreshments
Saturday COUNTY MATCHES refreshments
Sunday NATIONAL CADET LEAGUE refreshments & clearing up
If anyone is available at approx. 3.00 pm on Sunday to pack away it would be a great help
Colin and John regularly help our club running numerous competitions, training sessions etc. etc. etc., but it is unfair that they do everything and not get help when they request it. If think you can help, even if for just for a couple of hours please let us know.
