On 6th February there were Under 13 and Under 16 competitions with the winners qualifying for the National Championships at Tipton in April.
In the under 13s boys event there were 23 entries (6 dropped out). The players first played in one of 6 groups with the first 2 in each group qualifying to the knockout stages.
The semi-finals were:

In the under 13 girls event there were 8 entries (2 dropped out). They played in 2 groups with the top 2 of each group playing in semi-finals.

Winners have been given form S2 which has to be completed by parents, and then signed by the Headteacher or Deputy Head.
This then has to be sent to Gail Johns, National Competition Secretary, together with £24 entry fee by Tues 3rd March
